Introductory provisions<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3268\" data-end=\"3370\">1.1 This complaints procedure regulates the conditions and procedure for returns goods purchased on our e-shop Ejdry.<\/p><hr class=\"\" data-start=\"3372\" data-end=\"3375\" \/><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3377\" data-end=\"3405\">2. Rights arising from defective performance<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3406\" data-end=\"3508\">2.1 the Buyer has the right to make a complaint defects, that the goods turn out to be in a time of 24 months from the receipt.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3510\" data-end=\"3536\">2.2 Defect is not considered:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3537\" data-end=\"3662\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"3537\" data-end=\"3574\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3539\" data-end=\"3574\">wear and tear caused by normal use,<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"3575\" data-end=\"3662\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3577\" data-end=\"3662\">defects caused by improper use, storage, maintenance or mechanical damage.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"\" data-start=\"3664\" data-end=\"3667\" \/><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3669\" data-end=\"3694\">3. Filing a claim<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3695\" data-end=\"3766\">3.1 a Complaint, it is possible to apply electronically on the <a rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3743\" data-end=\"3765\">adryl@icloud.com<\/a>.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3768\" data-end=\"3797\">3.2 the Complaint must contain:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3798\" data-end=\"3855\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"3798\" data-end=\"3817\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3800\" data-end=\"3817\">order number,<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"3818\" data-end=\"3831\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3820\" data-end=\"3831\">a description of the defect,<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"3832\" data-end=\"3855\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3834\" data-end=\"3855\">photographs of the defect.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"\" data-start=\"3857\" data-end=\"3860\" \/><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3862\" data-end=\"3893\">4. The procedure of settlement of the claim<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3894\" data-end=\"3956\">4.1 the Seller shall acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 3 working days.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3958\" data-end=\"4029\">4.2 Handling of the complaint will occur no later than 30 days from the date of its adoption.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4031\" data-end=\"4074\">4.3 In case of complaint, the Buyer has the right to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4075\" data-end=\"4154\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"4075\" data-end=\"4093\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4077\" data-end=\"4093\">removal of the defect,<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"4094\" data-end=\"4109\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4096\" data-end=\"4109\">the exchange of goods,<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"4110\" data-end=\"4129\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4112\" data-end=\"4129\">reasonable discount<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"4130\" data-end=\"4154\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4132\" data-end=\"4154\">withdrawal from the contract.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4156\" data-end=\"4206\">The choice of the method of settling the complaint is with the Seller.<\/p><hr class=\"\" data-start=\"4208\" data-end=\"4211\" \/><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"4213\" data-end=\"4246\">5.
