1. Withdrawal from the contract<\/h2>

1.1 the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.<\/p>

1.2 the withdrawal Period runs from the date of receipt of the goods.<\/p>

2. The procedure for withdrawal<\/h2>

2.1 the Buyer shall notify the resignation e-mail to adryl@icloud.com<\/a>.<\/p>

2.2 Goods must be returned to the address designated by the vendor, complete, unused and in original packaging.<\/p>

3. The cost of the return<\/h2>

3.1 the Cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.<\/p>

3.2 the Buyer shall be responsible for the reduction in the value of vracen\u00e9ho goods as a result of his treatment beyond necessary to get acquainted with its nature and properties.<\/p>

4. Exceptions from the right of withdrawal<\/h2>

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to:<\/p>

  • goods produced according to the requirements of the Buyer or adapted to his personal needs,<\/p><\/li>

  • goods delivery irretrievably mixed with other goods.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    5. Refund<\/h2>

    5.1 the Money will be the Buyer returned within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.<\/p>
