Return of goods

1. Withdrawal from the contract

1.1 the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1.2 the withdrawal Period runs from the date of receipt of the goods.

2. The procedure for withdrawal

2.1 the Buyer shall notify the resignation e-mail to adryl@icloud.com.

2.2 Goods must be returned to the address designated by the vendor, complete, unused and in original packaging.

3. The cost of the return

3.1 the Cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

3.2 the Buyer shall be responsible for the reduction in the value of vraceného goods as a result of his treatment beyond necessary to get acquainted with its nature and properties.

4. Exceptions from the right of withdrawal

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to:

• goods produced according to the requirements of the Buyer or adapted to his personal needs,

• goods delivery irretrievably mixed with other goods.

5. Refund

5.1 the Money will be the Buyer returned within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

5.2 Refund will be made in the same way the payment was received, unless otherwise agreed.
