Complaints procedure
1. Introductory provisions
1.1 This complaints procedure regulates the conditions and procedure for returns goods purchased on our e-shop Ejdry.
2. Rights arising from defective performance
2.1 the Buyer has the right to make a complaint defects, that the goods turn out to be in a time of 24 months from the receipt.
2.2 Defect is not considered:
wear and tear caused by normal use,
defects caused by improper use, storage, maintenance or mechanical damage.
3. Filing a claim
3.1 a Complaint, it is possible to apply electronically on the adryl@icloud.com.
3.2 the Complaint must contain:
order number,
a description of the defect,
photographs of the defect.
4. The procedure of settlement of the claim
4.1 the Seller shall acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 3 working days.
4.2 Handling of the complaint will occur no later than 30 days from the date of its adoption.
4.3 In case of complaint, the Buyer has the right to:
removal of the defect,
the exchange of goods,
reasonable discount
withdrawal from the contract.
The choice of the method of settling the complaint is with the Seller.
5. The costs associated with a claim
5.1 In the case of a justified complaint shall bear all costs associated with the claims of the Seller.
5.2 In the event of unjustified claim bears the cost of the Buyer.
